The work
Starting is solved; finishing is the whole job. You own the software we put in front of customers — from the disposable decision-theater apps that extract intent in a room to the durable systems that run once the engagement ends. Your craft is what the client remembers.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship client-facing tooling end-to-end: agentic apps, critic and validator surfaces, digital twins, and the interfaces operators actually live in.
- Turn a vague, high-stakes problem into working software fast — then harden the version that survives contact with production.
- Build the acceptance tests, guardrails, and observability that let non-engineers trust what the software does.
- Make deliberate taste calls on interface, latency, and legibility; the tools should feel obvious, not clever.
- Set the bar for what “shippable” means for everything a customer sees.
Who you are
- 8+ years shipping production software, with a portfolio that spans more than one layer of the stack — you’re a generalist who goes deep on demand.
- Creative and imaginative: you reach for the unobvious design, prototype it, and know when to throw it away.
- Fluent enough with LLMs and agentic systems to build on them without being precious about them.
- A clear communicator who can sit with a sharp operator, understand their domain, and reflect it back as software.
- Opinionated about quality, allergic to demos that never become systems.
What we offer
- Competitive cash + meaningful equity.
- Small team, high agency, long horizons, real customers from day one.
- The chance to define what enterprise-grade AI software actually looks like.
